The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:35 p.m. Sunday - Marinel Lynn Gilliam, 27, of 1411 Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:04 a.m. Monday - Robert Junior Castle, 60, of 761 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 10:06 a.m. Monday - Jaime Ann Benedict, 44, of 536 E. Center St., #4, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. No bond set.

• 6:50 a.m. Sunday - A trailer was reported damaged from pot holes in the 10400 block of West U.S. 30, Etna Green. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:06 a.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 4000 block of North Ind. 13, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 1:03 p.m. Sunday - A bicycle was reported found in the 900 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:47 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 1400 block of Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 11:35 p.m. Sunday - A suspicious person was reported in the 900 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 1:34 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 4300 block of North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:41 a.m. Monday - A debit card was reported found in the 800 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
