• 8:25 a.m. Friday - Robert Allan Mansfield, 61, Syracuse, Ind., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:25 a.m. Friday - Frank Rance Walton, 41, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 10:05 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Parker Street and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Riley N. Abke, 16, West CR 100N, Warsaw; Joshua Owens, 18, East CR 1000S, Claypool. Injuries: Abke had minor bleeding to the face; Owens complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
