• 4:20 p.m. Wednesday - Bobby Lee Shelton, 46, of 411 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday - Melanie Jean Phillips, 60, Rogersville, Mo., arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $500.
• 3:07 a.m. Thursday - Devin Lashon Tyalan Alexander, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for robbery. Bond: $35,500.

• 3:45 a.m. Sept. 18 - East CR 450N, 50 feet east of North CR 925E, Pierceton. Van hit downed tree. Driver: Shirley A. Waller, 68, Warren, Mich. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:47 a.m. Wednesday - Ind. 13, 100 feet south of EMS B20 Lane, Pierceton. Driver: Austin R. Woods, 23, Bedford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 7:40 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 500E, 300 feet north of East CR 950N, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Jennifer R. Risner, 63, EMS D18A Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:21 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:45 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 700 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:42 a.m. Thursday - Cigarettes were reported stolen in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
