The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 1:07 p.m. Friday - Michael James Parker, 48, Elkhart, arrested for check deception. Bond: $1,500.
- 3:15 p.m. Friday - Larry Duane Sainer, 39, of 211 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 3:27 p.m. Friday - Eric William Heiman, 29, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $100,000.
- 3:29 p.m. Friday - Roger William Reed, 55, of 206 E. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $20,000.
- 4:08 p.m. Friday - Gabriel Raymond Fields, 27, of 2301 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $100,000.
- 8:02 p.m. Friday - Joshua Michael Bickel, 21, of 70372 CR 27, Syracuse, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.
- 8:32 p.m. Friday- Bethany Ann Woodrum, 36, of 207 E. Bowser Road, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,600.
