The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:06 p.m. Monday - Franklin Troy McGuire, 41, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 56, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 1 a.m. Tuesday - Braxton Shawn Thomas, 18, homeless, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and consumption of alcohol by minor. Bond: $700.
• 3:23 p.m. Tuesday - Cassandra Marie Wadkins, 43, of 819 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 5:25 p.m. Tuesday - Taylor Ann Smith, 28, of 9777 W. Cromwell Road, Cromwell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:30 p.m. Tuesday - Markavun La Velle Brownlee, 23, Elkhart, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and interfering in the reporting of a crime. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:15 p.m. Tuesday - Suzanne Renee Kincaid, 53, of 2843 N. Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 8:06 p.m. Tuesday - Benjamin Black Ireland, 43, of 14635 N. CR 400W, Silver Lake, arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs and public nudity. Bond: $600.
• 12:40 a.m. Wednesday - Austin Allen Melching, 37, of 110 EMS T6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 12:40 a.m. Wednesday - Robi Arizona Hatcher, 26, of 8176 E. Debra Drive, Syracuse, arrested for two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear and two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

•3 p.m. Sept. 8 - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. SUV went into ditch. Drivers: Janelle C. Smith, 46, West CR 1100N, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:21 a.m. Sept. 9 - 974 E. CR 300N, Warsaw. Car hit large rock. Driver: Kim M. Ring, 73, West Union Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 6:04 p.m. Sept. 9 - Intersection of North CR 150W and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Minivan-car collision. Drivers: Samuel Guerra Martinez, 29, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Corey N. Stiver, 55, North Crete Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 4:14 a.m. Sept. 11 - Intersection of East CR 350N and Airport Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Erik Velazquez, 25, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 4:33 p.m. Friday - North Ind. 15, 0.66 miles north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Thomas A. Ripsom, 67, EMS B20B Lane, Pierceton; Ashley N. Cole, 38, Goshen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeffery B. Prater, 32, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Destinee N. Chupp, 30, Blackstone Boulevard, Nappanee; MaClure R. Thompson, 25, Huntington. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 7:56 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs/public nudity and indecent exposure in the 500 block of Webber Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
