• 11:47 p.m. Friday - Keith Dee Hunter, 70, Martinsville, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 3:24 a.m. Saturday - James Hagar Haywood, 32, Columbia City, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 1:28 p.m. Monday - Kentavis Bobby Sommers, 26, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. No bond set
• 9:43 p.m. Monday - Richard Lee Martin Jr., 43, of 120 N. West St., Burket, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:52 p.m. Friday - Ind. 15, 1,000 feet south of West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Ashley Blackburn, 29, North Ecker Avenue, Bourbon; Corgin Rager, 26, Roann. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 11:04 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 14 and South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Pickup left road and went over embankment. Driver: Keith Hunter, 70, Martinsville. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:29 p.m. Monday - An animal bite was reported in the 9600 block of East CR 1050N, Cromwell. KCSO.
• 8:30 p.m. Monday - Reckless driving was reported in the 9700 block of North CR 300E, Syracuse. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 9:35 p.m .Monday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:51 a.m. Tuesday - Reckless driving was reported in the 2100 block of South Packerton Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 11:13 a.m. Tuesday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 900 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. WPD.
