• 11:39 a.m. Thursday - Dustin James McCarty Jr., 21, of 102 Miller Drive, #10, Mentone, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $25,000.
• 1:25 p.m. Thursday - Chastity Corey, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 4:57 p.m. Thursday - Ivan Pedraza, 42, of 3762 W. Old U.S. 30, lot 30, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $10,000.
• 8:28 p.m. Thursday - Dustin Thomas Rose, 37, of 515 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $10,000.
• 10:59 p.m. Thursday - Eva Luz Flores Gutierrez, 39, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #100, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 1:05 p.m. Friday - Robert B. Fowerbaugh, 56, Marion, arrested on two charges of felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 4:33 p.m. Aug. 26 - Intersection of West CR 1000S and South CR 1000W, Akron. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Mandeep Singh, 21, Rochester; Dale A. Heltzel, 61, East Division Road, Akron. Injuries: Singh complained of head pain; Heltzel had a contusion to the elbow/lower arm; passengers in Singh’s vehicle, Jasmeen Kaur, 19, Rochester, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; Lily Allen, 20, South CR 825W, Akron, complained of pain to the entire body; Gurlal Singh, 20, Rochester, complained of chest pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:13 a.m. Wednesday - 1355 Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Linda K. Smith, 72, South CR 700W, Claypool; Karla J. Kroll, 54, East Lynwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:03 p.m. Thursday - 625 W. Center St., Warsaw. SUV hit building. Driver: Debora Nohemi Perez, 30, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 3:21 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Pope and McClellan streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Evelyn E. Gonzalez, 17, South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw; Diana Monsivais, 17, Marion Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
