• 3:13 p.m. Monday - Troy John Keplinger, 18, Huntington, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 3:35 p.m. Monday - Rito Ortega, 25, of 46 M Dee Acres, Nappanee, misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 4:42 p.m. Monday - Jason Allen Heaberlin, 48, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:44 a.m. Tuesday - Linda Sue Bryant, 53, of 106 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, neglect of a dependant/child violations, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,000.

• 4 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South Circle Drive East, Warsaw. Minivan-car collison. Drivers: Robert L. Allman, 84, Churubusco; Kendra K. Worthington, 20, Knox. Injuries: Allman complained of neck pain; Worthington had an abrasion to the knee/lower leg/foot; a passenger in Worthington’s vehicle, Jacquelin K. Rowe, 47, Knox, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:33 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Jefferson and South McKinley streets, Warsaw. Truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Michael C. Nielsen, 61, Hopewell, N.J.; Segundo Mariano Ramirez, 25, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 12:20 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Danny L. Shepherd, 72, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Candy R. Cook, 41, North Haiden Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 2:37 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East CR 250N and North CR 100E, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Jessica Lackey, 37, West Sycamore Street, Silver Lake; Gibbs Dominic, 18, East Brookfield Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
