• 2:50 p.m. Tuesday - Dylan Ray Lawson, 27, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #140, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:34 p.m. Tuesday - Gavin Dean Ulshafer, 24, Liberty Mills, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe of needle. Bond: $600.
• 6:27 p.m. Tuesday - Henry Rodriguez-Borrero, 53, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 30, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday - Zack Rick Harris, 19, of 628 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting and disorderly conduct. Bond: $750.
• 11:02 p.m. Tuesday - Edward Earl Smith Jr., 47, Columbia City, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
• 11:11 p.m. Tuesday - Samantha Lee Garbison, 23, of 8955 W. CR 125N, Etna Green, arrested for manufacturing/dealing a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:08 a.m. Wednesday - Imani Ayana Lewis, 21, Chicago Heights, Ill., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 10:17 a.m. Wednesday - Kristie Rae Utter, 45, homeless, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:21 a.m. Wednesday - Eric William Heiman, 41, of 428 W. Center St., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:35 a.m. Wednesday - Amber Lee Wirsing, 31, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Apt. G, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 12:15 p.m. Wednesday - Jesus Moyotl Cielo, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 186, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:03 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Sierra L. Ross, 25, Carmel; Cherri L. Bobbitt, 65, Zionsville. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:54 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:02 p.m. Tuesday - Perfume was reported stolen in the 600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:41 p.m. Tuesday - Disorderly conduct was reported in the 1800 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:41 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine in the 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 2:14 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 3600 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
