• 8:37 p.m. Wednesday - Tylnn Gene Watkins, 54, of 3645 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:30 a.m. Thursday - Desean Jakes, 29, South Bend, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:12 a.m. Thursday - Cleophus Coats Frison III, 47, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 11:56 a.m. Saturday - Ind. 15, 1,663 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision; SUV then backed up into parked vehicle registered to Bo C. Brooks, Goshen. Drivers: Jean L. Dieusibon, 31, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; John W. Stafford, 57, West CR 800S, Claypool. Injury: Passenger in Dieusibon’s vehicle, Estefanie Glaude, 38, Kuder Lane, Warsaw, complained of abdomen/pelvis pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:19 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 600N, Leesburg. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Elizabeth Johnson, 29, West Main Street, Warsaw; Amanda Schelle, 38, Goshen; Daniel Buell, 45, North Eastfield Circle, Milford. Injury: Schelle complained of back pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.
• 1:32 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of McClellan and Pope streets, Warsaw. Minivan-SUV collision. Drivers: Wendell G. Burroughs, 61, Fort Wayne; Kathy Patterson, 72, Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 4:26 p.m. Aug. 21 - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Isaac A. Price, 18, West CR 200N, Warsaw; Elisa K. Dreyer, 18, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
