• 1:24 p.m. Thursday - Freddrick Darnell Silas, 52, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:28 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Raymond Sheets, 27, of 511 Railside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 2:24 p.m. Thursday - Nichole Ann Short, 32, Ligonier, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:20 p.m. Thursday - Brian Matthew McClure, 50, Coldwater, Mich., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:11 p.m. Thursday - Doyle Ray Valentine, 40, Muncie, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:11 p.m. Thursday - Tastacia On Quelle Parker, 25, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:02 a.m. Friday - Thomas A. Palacios, 40, of 1108 S. Kitson Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:22 a.m. Friday - Daniel Ned Witham, 44, Rochester, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:32 a.m. Friday - Richard Daniel Williams, 21, of 603 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining license. No bond set.

• 8:05 p.m. Thursday-127 Lakeview Drive, Winona Lake. Car hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Jean A. North, Aqueduct Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Jean A. North, 51, Aqueduct Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 6:14 p.m. Thursday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:16 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 4200 block of North Ind. 13, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:30 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 800 block of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. SPD.
