• 8:24 p.m. Thursday – Bud Richard Phillips, 51, of 5845 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $250.

• 2:40 a.m. Friday – Chase O’Neil Schwinnen, 30, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #12, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and misdemeanor dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia. No bond set.

• 12:06 p.m. Friday - Karen S. Black, 58, of 111 N. Jefferson St., South Whitley, arrested for leaving the scene of a hit-and-run accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 12:38 p.m. Friday - Shayla K. Slone, 24, Ligioner, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:50 p.m. Friday - Rachel Lyn Brickey, 37, Rochester, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
