• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday - Brian Lee Kern Sr., 38, of 436 E. CR 1150N, #0, Milford, arrested for residential entry, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.
• 8:43 p.m. Tuesday - Gregory Ray Pennington, 59, of 218 E. Burkhart Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 11:16 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Edward Rocha, 41, of 711 North Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two civil matters. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:19 a.m. Wednesday - Lilajade Farias, 20, Woodburn, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting, refusal to submit to a chemical test, disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor. No bond set.
• 1:21 a.m. Wednesday - Hayden Michael Simpson, 31, of 531 Railside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:31 p.m. Wednesday - Alicia M. Cripps, 44, of 1029 N. Indiana Ave., Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:35 a.m. Tuesday - East Center Street, 150 feet west of Argonne Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Thomas W. Klare, 77, Wabash; Ryan A. Andrew, 42, Mitchells Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:38 p.m. Tuesday - East Fort Wayne Street, 75 feet north of North Scott Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit property marker post. Driver: Michael J. Fowler, 35, West Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
