• 3:08 a.m. Friday - Crystal Dawn Watters, 36, of 203 School St., Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $10,000.
• 10 a.m. Friday - Richardo Jarmillo Jr., 31, of 409 N. Dolan Drive, #2, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $500.
• 4:30 p.m. Friday - Anthony Collins, 29, of 5760 W. Decoy Road, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:06 p.m. Friday - David Gabriel Rodriguez Jr., 21, of 1032 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for two charges of leaving the scene of an injury crash, reckless driving, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior and speed contest. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:07 p.m. Friday - Angela Marie Frost, 53, of 3635 E. Pierceton Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:43 p.m. Friday - Marvin Davis, 69, of 106 S. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:12 p.m. Friday - Jeremy James King, 51, Winchester, Ky., arrested for felony probation violation and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:31 a.m. Sunday - Gonzalo Stivalet Rosario, 44, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a license and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $10,000.
Incidents
• 2:55 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:14 a.m. Saturday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
