• 7:38 p.m. Wednesday - Jason Anthony Mejia, 45, Mishawaka, arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. No bond listed.
• 8:21 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Alan France, 63, of 4599 S. CR 700W, Mentone, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:34 a.m. Thursday - Truth Jaycen May, 19, of 507 S. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $750.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Kelaney J. Barden, 19, of 2845 Blue Heron Court, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Carter Dewayne Allen, 18, of 2573 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Aiden Joseph Albertson, 18, of 1869 E. Springfield Drive, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Tanner Skye Reynolds, 18, of 1408 Rutland Court, Winona Lake, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Donovan John Mast, 19, Goshen, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 1:45 a.m. Thursday - Camden John Lennox, 18, of 2703 Wildaman St., Winona Lake, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 2:50 a.m. Thursday - Elizabeth Nicole Ramirez, 46, of 317 N. Lake St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 3:20 a.m. Thursday - Shawn M. Mettler, 50, of 317 N. Lake St., #1, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:33 p.m. Aug. 1 - East CR 650N, 360 feet west of EMS T49 Lane, Syracuse. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Brenden M. Dilley, 22, East CR 900N, Syracuse; Sandra L. Lilly, 75, East CR 650N, Syracuse. Injuries: Dilley was pronounced dead at the scene; Lilly had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:48 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 300W, 1,000 feet south of West CR 700N, Leesburg. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Elsa M. Moralas-Pico, 36, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Moralas-Pico complained of head pain; passenger Juan C. Moralas-Pico, 18, Fort Wayne, complained of back pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 8:02 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 500N, 500 feet east of EMS T8 Lane, Leesburg. SUV hit deer. Driver: Nancy C. Swope, 85, East Kiser Lake Drive, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
