• 8:36 a.m. Tuesday - Juan Carlos Gonzalez-Perez, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 55, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - endangered adult with bodily injury. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:18 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Ray Silcox, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft, criminal trespass and theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:18 p.m. Tuesday - Alonzo Joseph Villarreal, 26, of 606 Hackleman St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 7:27 p.m. Tuesday - Amanda R. Stout, 37, Michigan City, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:19 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Allen Combs, 56, Columbia City, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:15 a.m. Wednesday - Lee A. Motz Jr., 34, Bremen, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:25 a.m. Wednesday - Allen Daniel Stoneburner, 62, of 4784 E. Shore Park Road, Leesburg, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 11:02 a.m. Saturday - 305 W. Main St., Mentone. Two-car collision. Drivers: Bethany A. Moore, 36, South Franklin Street, Mentone; James Combs, 59, Laketon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:34 a.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 700 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:17 a.m. Tuesday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 9100 block of North CR 200E, Milford. KCSO.
• 2:29 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3700 block of North Barbee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. WPD.
