• 12:31 p.m. Sunday - Levi Wedge Cunningham, 25, of 714 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $7,500.
• 4:33 p.m Sunday - Anevay Ruthann Manges, 19, of 3965 Oakglen Drive East, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 5:19 p.m. Sunday - Shanna Lyn Niles, 41, of 308 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 7:02 p.m. Sunday - Joaquin Sebastian Antu-Garza, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #157, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 10:55 p.m. Sunday - Roberto Silva, 18, Ligonier, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:11 a.m. Monday - Christopher Dewayne Brickey, 46, North Webster, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $750.

• 1:31 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 250N, Warsaw. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Lisa M. Fowler, 60, Fort Wayne; Micah K. Richey, 37, North CR 625W, Milford. Injuries: Fowler had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot; Richey complained of chest pain; passengers in Richey’s vehicle, Heidi M. Richey, 37, North CR 625W, Milford, complained of head pain; Eliana Richey, 9, North CR 625W, Milford, had possible nonvisible injuries; Joel Richey, 11, North CR 625, W, Milford, had possible nonvisible injuries; Junia Richey, 6, North CR 625W, Milford, had an abrasion to the chest; and Adelaide Richey, 4, North CR 625W, Milford, had an abrasion to the chest. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:39 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Rhonda K. Banghart, 60, West Harrison Street, Claypool; Margaret E. Decker, 40, East CR 1150N, Milford. Injuries: Banghart complained of chest pain; Decker complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 5:58 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Mariner Drive and Husky Trail, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Phillip Hawks, 38, Kings Highway, Winona Lake; Juan Rodriguez, 28, Glad Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 6:38 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East CR 250N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Bruce A. Whiteneck, 86, North Lake Street, Warsaw; Isabelle L. Blosser, 20, Raintree Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:46 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:45 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
