• 7:31 p.m. Thursday - Rocky James Newton, 38, Louisville, Ky., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 9:48 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Scott Chaffins, 24, of 8991 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 9:49 p.m. Thursday - Stephen Andrew Seager, 36, Bristol, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,750.
• 4:34 a.m. Friday - Brett Lee Houlihan, 29, of 1105 N. CR 800W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:27 p.m. Friday - Trey Andrew Hall, 26, Ligonier, arrested for felony probation violation, domestic battery - moderate bodily injury, possession of methamphetamine and felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:56 p.m. Friday - Tyler Lee Landrum, 23, of 102 Millers Drive, #11, Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
