• 4:21 p.m. Thursday - David Gabriel Rodriguez Jr., 21, of 1032 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving with bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• 4:57 p.m. Thursday - David Wayne Tucker, 64, of 310 E. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:57 p.m. Thursday - Becky Jo Lewallen, 62, of 9814 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, trafficking with an inmate and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $20,000.
• 9:10 a.m. Friday - Larry Dean Tackett Jr., 19, of 2619 Shelden St., #303, Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 9:25 a.m. Friday - Ka Liyah Jeaniia Sheppard, 24, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 9:25 a.m. Friday - Natasha Lynn Adams, 43, Marion, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 9:25 a.m. Friday - Brian Alan Rhinesmith, 58, homeless, arrested for felony probation violation and two charges of misdemeanor probation violation. Bond: $25,000.

• 12:28 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Allyson E. Magnuson, 26, Fort Wayne; Steven W. Winget, 77, Woodburn. Injury: Winget complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:58 a.m. Friday - U.S. 30, 180 feet west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Van-semi trailer collision. Drivers: Edward I. Gardner, 79, Knox; Sumit Grover, 47, Carpentersville, Ill. Injury: Gardner had severe bleeding to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
