The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:39 p.m. Monday - Brandon Todd Holden, 35, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #36, North Webster, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:05 p.m. Monday - Ruben Torres, 28, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:45 p.m. Monday - Lance Allen Patrick, 42, of 9902 W. Division Road, lot 92, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 5:45 p.m. Monday - Roy Lee Allen, 47, of 403 Holiday Lane, Cromwell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and failure to register. Bond: $450.
• 9:20 p.m. Monday - John F. Shepherd Jr., 33, of 1904 Rosemont Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:56 p.m. Monday - Chandler Lee Collins, 20, of 9315 S. CR 825W, Akron, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 11:21 p.m. Monday - Michael Paul Eldridge, 33, Peru, Ind., arrested on a warrant service. No bond set.
• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - Kassidie Sue Depew, 24, Kendallville, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 11:48 a.m. Tuesday - Jerson Reyes, 38, Plymouth, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:39 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 875W, Etna Green. Truck-van collision. Drivers: Michael L. Yutzy, 19, Goshen; Apriat Boonmee, 45, Peyton, Colo. Injuries: Passengers in Boonmee’s vehicle, May M. Bernardo, 44, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Jeziella Bernardo, 13, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Jayven Bernardo, 6, Colorado Springs, Colo., all had nonvisible injuries to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:59 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of West CR 100S and South CR 675W, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Tucker B. Jones, 18, West CR 600S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
