• 2:14 p.m. Sunday - Vicente Josue Castillo, 26, of 3013 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 7:17 p.m. Sunday - Dobby Gonzales, 48, of 7427 S. Cauldwell, #24, Claypool, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test and two charges of driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 12:24 p.m. Monday - Kristal Lynne Myers, 41, Kendallville, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 12:38 p.m. Monday - Daniel McGenis Jenkins, 26, Liberty Mills, arrested on two charges of theft. Bond: $1,200.

Hatcher, 58, East Old 30, Warsaw. Injuries: Hatcher complained of chest pain; passengers in Butler’s vehicle Alizah Robertson, 3, South Packerton Road, Warsaw, had an abrasion on his neck, and Talon M. Robertson, infant, South Packerton Road, had a contusion on his shoulder/upper arm; Jeremy Robertson, 31, South Packerton Road, Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
