• 10:15 p.m. Monday - Juan Carlos Nieves Garcia, 31, of 626 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. No bond set.
• 2:45 a.m. Tuesday - Jody Renee Yeazel, 59, of 11531 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 4:20 a.m. Tuesday - Thomas P. Jones, 47, of 12008 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury, strangulation and criminal mischief. No bond set.
• 12:42 p.m. Tuesday - Kristina Maria Freeman, 28, of 913 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:45 p.m. Monday - East Center Street, 50 feet east of South McKinley Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Curt E. Mosier, 38, East North Street, Bourbon; Angela S. Chow, 32, Harmony Court, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:07 p.m. Monday - 4653 Bellair Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit address marker and landscaping. Driver: Kole H. Komdeur, 23, East CR 700N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 9:04 p.m Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 400 block of Lyon Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:17 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1300 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 2:09 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for strangulation and misdemeanor battery in the 100 block of EMS T25B Lane, Leesburg. KCSO.
