• 8:16 a.m. Friday - Jessica Dee Dillard, 38, of 3100 Frontage Road, #9, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent/child violations, possession of a controlled substance with enhancement and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
• 8:37 a.m. Friday - Richard William Milton, 55, Plymouth, arrested for invasion of privacy, neglect of a dependent/child violations, possession of a controlled schedule 1 substance and possession of a controlled schedule II, III or IV substance. Bond: $10,000.
• 12:16 a.m. Saturday - Jeremy Lynn Hartzell, 44, of 6966 E. Putter Place, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:19 a.m. Saturday - Steven Wade Street, 61, of 59 EMS D12 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $400.
• 12:38 p.m. Saturday - Robert E. McGuire, 74, of 302 Auditorium Blvd., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:31 p.m. Saturday - Brent Allen McNess, 55, of 504 Hitzler St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:44 a.m. Friday - Theft of a boat prop was reported in the 100 block of EMS T19 Lane, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:45 p.m. Friday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 4900 block of North CR 700E, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 4:17 p.m. Friday - Neglect of an animal was reported in the 300 block of North Etna Street, Mentone. KCSO.
• 12:38 a.m. Saturday - A missing person was reported in the 6600 block of North CR 800W, Etna Green. KCSO.
• 11:33 a.m. Saturday - A warrant was served in the 3800 block of South Industrial Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 2:12 p.m. Saturday - A canvas bag and alcohol were reported stolen in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
