• 3:20 p.m. Monday - Xavier Desean Chandler, 29, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 3:32 p.m. Monday - Oshayona Eve Williams, 20, of 407 N. Dolan Drive, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 4:24 p.m. Monday - Daniel Arroyo, 22, Goshen, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:57 p.m. Monday - Angela Colleen Hardesty, 44, of 10772 N. Ogden Road, North Manchester, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $12,500.
• 1:56 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Allan Miller, 36, of 1614 Tippecanoe Drive, #B, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 4:55 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Alan Garman, 41, of 33 EMS C2 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:43 p.m. June 20 - Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 900N, Etna Green. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Nelson Ringle II, 39, South CR 525E, Pierceton; Marcia L. Goad, 63, CR 52, Nappanee; Douglas A. McConge, 59, Oceola. Injury: Goad was unconscious and flown to a hospital. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:50 p.m. June 20 - North Ind. 15, 300 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Adam Sheets, 51, East Center Street, Warsaw; Albert Salazar, 54, Cassopolis, Mich. Injuries: Sheets had a fracture/dislocation to the elbow/lower arm; passenger in Sheets’ vehicle, Barbara Sheets, 57, East Center Street, Warsaw, complained of pain to the entire body. • 11:31 a.m. June 21 - Intersection of South Ind. 25 and South CR 450W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: William A. Gatewood, 22, Hillside Drive, North Manchester; Natashia L. Burkett, 32, Tippecanoe. Injuries: Burkett complained of chest pain; a passenger in Burkett’s vehicle, Mia Burkett, 9, Tippecanoe, complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; and Ryan Burns, age not listed, Tippecanoe, complained of back pain. • 1:49 p.m. June 25 - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kyle Campbell, 30, West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw; Roy Thomas, 69, North CR 875W, Etna Green. Injury: Thomas has a bruise to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
