Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:25 a.m. Sunday - Tanner Michael Swihart, 29, of 4803 E. Shore Park Road, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:01 a.m. Sunday - Jason Michael Slisz Jr., 24, Plymouth, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:10 a.m. Sunday - Kyler Lee Northrup, 40, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $20,250.
• 4:42 a.m. Sunday - Jesse Austin Caudill, 33, of 751 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:37 p.m. Sunday - Jack Daniels, 43, of 3451 W. CR 100S, #16, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $7,500.

• 4:21 p.m. Friday - West CR 600N, 750 feet west of North CR 500W, Warsaw. SUV hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Marisol Gonzalez-Ramirez, 18, North CR 950W, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:25 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of CR 700N and CR 300E, Leesburg. SUV-dump truck collision. Drivers: Robert E. Wilson III, 44, Taney; Clifford A. Clevenger, 53, North Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 12:55 p.m. Sunday - Ind. 15, 250 feet south of West Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Anna E. Sterk, 17, West CR 1300S, Silver Lake; Ruth A. Bennett, 78, Walton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 2:10 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Ind. 14 and South CR 100E, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Stephanie R. Carrico, 51, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 11:13 a.m. Sunday - Unauthorized control of a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:10 p.m. Sunday - Shoes were reported found in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:41 a.m. Monday - A road bike was reported stolen in the 500 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
