• 7:53 p.m. Monday - Ector Joel Rosales Urbina, 18, of 401 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for rape - intercourse and strangulation. No bond set.
• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Michael Keith Walley, 42, of 6679 N. 5th Trail, North Webster, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:09 a.m. Tuesday - Kayn Justin Dilley, 39, of 1605 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:10 a.m. Tuesday - Manuel Felipe Sanchez, 29, Goshen, arrested for strangulation and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $6,500.
• 10:54 a.m. Tuesday - Isabella Patricia Blanco, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 10:57 a.m. Tuesday - Bonnie Jo Smith, 42, Columbia City, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:16 a.m. Tuesday - Gary David Jones, 33, of 507 Meadow View Drive, Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 11:03 p.m. Monday - West Ind. 25, 1,000 feet east of South CR 700W, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Timothy W. Freese, 57, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 11:16 a.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:04 p.m. Monday - A loose dog was reported in the 8400 block of East Wesley Lane, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 1:22 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:43 p.m. Monday - A lawnmower, gas can, lawnmower battery and a lawn cart were reported stolen in the 4100 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 3:20 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 was reported in the 200 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:52 p.m. Monday - Medication was reported stolen in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
