• 5:05 p.m. Wednesday - Kylie M. Mayorga, 21, of 111 S. Wood St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - Russell E. Paxton, 18, of 1740 S. CR 1600E, Silver Lake, arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 8:43 p.m. Wednesday - Tyson W. Prater, 19, of 5924 W. Ind. 14, Silver Lake, arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 9:18 p.m. Wednesday - Luke W. Prater, 18, of 11026 S. CR 600W, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, being a minor in possession of alcohol and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:38 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley N. Moody, 33, of 404 N. Parker St., #14, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependant. Bond: $10,250.
• 10:50 p.m. Wednesday - Zachary A. L. Evans, 27, of 920 Anchorage Road, #84, Warsaw, arrested for simple assault domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:33 a.m. Thursday - Roy Sanchez, 59, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #35, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $450.

• 2:44 p.m. Wednesday - West CR 1350N, 100 feet west of North CR 950W, Nappanee. SUV hit horse in the roadway owned by Kenneth D. Slabaugh, West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Driver: Donna L. Prescott, 54, West 1350N, Nappanee. Injuries: Prescott complained of head pain and was taken by ambulance to Goshen Hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:26 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 100N, 250 feet east of North CR 450E, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Cathy S. Ehresman, 55, EMS B61J Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
Incidents
• 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile was reported leaving home without permission in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday - Warsaw Police Department reported damage to their property in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:11 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw, for simple assault domestic battery. WPD.
• 1:53 a.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. WPD.
