• 9:14 p.m. Friday - Adrian Vasquez Montoya, 36, of 3540 N. CR 1025W, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with controlled substance in body - first offense, resisting law enforcement and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $750.
• 8:29 p.m. Saturday - Treyjen Lee Tyler, 24, of 6727 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for placement of 911 calls prohibited. Bond: $450.
• 10:17 p.m. Saturday - Christopher J. Simpson, 49, of 8956 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:15 a.m. Sunday - Samantha Elizabeth Vargas, 41, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #149, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:52 a.m. Sunday - Randal Garrick Williams, 31, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, lot 39, Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:18 a.m. Sunday - Darwin Darrell Downs Francis, 38, of 310 S. Washington St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:21 p.m. Sunday - Robert Thomas Day, 31, of 1017 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:35 a.m. Monday - Elijah Samuel Kersey, 22, of 312 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:16 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Dawn Henwood, 31, of 6706 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and South CR 150W, Warsaw. Car hit tree. Driver: Mayson A. Sullivan, 19, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Injury: Sullivan complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6 p.m. Saturday - South Ind. 15, 50 feet south of West Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Matthew Lozano, 22, South Walnut Street, Mentone; Barbara Anderson, 77, Greentown. Injuries: Anderson complained of back pain; a passenger in Anderson’s vehicle, Debra Roler, 71, Sharpsville, complained of back pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:07 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and resisting law enforcement in the 300 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:59 a.m. Sunday - An involuntary detention was requested in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:14 p.m. Sunday - A domestic complaint was reported in the 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:30 p.m. Sunday - Disorderly conduct was reported in the 600 block of North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
