• 4 p.m. Wednesday - Jasmine Marie Fitzpatrick, 33, of 72876 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:35 p.m. Wednesday - Marry Ann Meadows, 28, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 7:43 p.m. Wednesday - Drake Anthony Meadows, 20, of 480 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief. Bond: $10,000.

• 2:44 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and North Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Anahi Nunez, 17, North CR 600W, Warsaw; Chanda L. Rodriguez, 46, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injuries: Rodriguez complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; a passenger in Rodriguez’s vehicle, 7, East CR 200N, Warsaw, had an abrasion to the eye. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:51 p.m. Wednesday - 2685 Escalade Way, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Amy Kintigh, 49, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Luis Rosales Alvarez, 38, West Monoquet Road, Warsaw. Injury: Rosales Alvarez complained of neck pain. Damage: Under $1,000. WPD.
