• 4:59 a.m. Sunday - Levi Tobias Plank, 27, Bremen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:26 p.m. Sunday - Justin R. Ousley, 39, of 1098 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, strangulation, intimidation and residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:45 p.m. Sunday - Tabitha Louise Kreuger, 32, Rochester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $12,500.
• 11:19 p.m. Sunday - Bryce G. Mustain, 27, of 402 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:15 a.m. Monday - Robert Edward Hurley, 66, of 315 Ulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a device to interfere with a drug/alcohol test and public intoxication by drugs. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:43 a.m. Monday - Kathryn Marie Krauter, 54, of 1041 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 11:38 a.m. Monday - Brittany Nicole Kessler, 35, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #121, Warsaw, arrested on two civil matters. Bond: $2,000.
• 12:12 p.m. Monday - Cameron Michael Tranter, 35, of 4494 E. Magill Court, Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 12:16 p.m. Monday - Alani J. Williams, 34, Portage, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:21 p.m. June 3 - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 900N, Milford. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Robert J. Morehead, 46, South Groves Street, Milford; Cassandra A. Correll, 42, North Front Street, Syracuse. Injury: Correll complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:14 p.m. June 3 - Intersection of East CR 600N and North CR 750E, North Webster. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shaun W. Wallace, 33, Kendallville; Dena L. Parzygnot, 53, Kannapolis, N.C.; Elenita A. Rayl, 71, Senior Court, Warsaw. Injury: Parzygnot complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 4:27 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of North CR 625W and West CR 800N, Nappanee. Minivan hit two NIPSCO guy wires, rolled over several times and came to rest upright. Driver: Levi Plank, 27, Bremen. Injuries: Plank had an internal injury to his shoulder/upper arm; passengers Caleb J. Plank, 23, Bremen, had injuries to the eye and head; and Benjamin L. Hochstetler, 30, West CR 1000N, Milford, was ejected from the vehicle, suffered injuries all over his body and was airlifted to a hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,0000. KCSO.
