• 7:28 p.m. Thursday - Devon Pete Poe, 28, of 513 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:12 p.m. Friday - Kayse Shantel Hamman, 45, of 107 N. Acorn St., #B, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 9:08 p.m. Friday - Arthur Duane Gaston, 48, Kimmel, arrested for operating an off-road vehicle under the influence and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:23 p.m. Friday - Sarah Marie Jones, 44, of 202 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond; $1,000.
• 5:32 p.m. Saturday - Javier Patino, 43, of 1604 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for providing false information on drivers license, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and misrepresenting identification/false statement to BMV. Bond: $500.
• 1:36 a.m. Sunday - Hector Andrew Martinez, 27, of 1431 Sunset Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $1,000.
• 12:34 p.m. Sunday - Anne Marie Godshalk, 56, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $10,000.
Incident
• 11:17 a.m. Friday - A natural death investigation was opened in the 1400 block of Green Hill Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
