• 2:21 p.m. Thursday - Clark Daymon Kreft, 40, of 201 E. Chicago St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:36 p.m. Thursday - Lisa Marie O’Donnell, 50, of 35 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:31 a.m. Friday - Joseph M. Shay, 55, Knox, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:29 a.m. May 29 - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East CR 500N, North Webster. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Kevin L. Locke, 52, South CR 275E, Warsaw; Kelsy L. Finkenbiner, 38, EMS W30 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:08 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon in the 11900 block of North Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell. KCSO.
• 5:58 p.m. Thursday - Residential entry was reported in the 100 block of EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
