• 11:30 a.m. Wednesday - Joseph Harley Borntrager, 20, Tippecanoe, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:18 p.m. Wednesday - Dakota Thomas Tucker, 33, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, dealing cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $15,250.
• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - Cody Roman Silva, 42, of 313 N. Henry St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.
• 3:16 p.m. Wednesday - Zarek Bryce Finley, 30, of 2219 Sally St., Warsaw, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.
• 4:47 p.m. Wednesday - Jaden William Bullers, 29, of 1415 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $7,500.
• 9:37 a.m. Thursday - Callie Chase Wynn, 26, of 516 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for a bond revocation. No bond set.

• 11:24 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lanie D. Horn, 33, New Paris; Jennie L. Green, 92, Tanger Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Horn complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; Green complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 2:07 p.m. Sunday - East U.S. 30, 114 feet east of East Springhill Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Seth D. Rozeboom, 43, Plymouth; Ashley A. Sprunger, 39, West Blackberry Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 4 p.m. Sunday - 3628 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Minivan hit parked vehicle registered to Scott A. Moody, North CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver: David C. Fisher, 36, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
