• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday – Kevin L. Staley, 47, Vincennes, arrested for intimidation and felony home improvement fraud. Bond: $58,500.
• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday – Kristin L. Ruckman, 42, Sidney, arrested for possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:07 p.m. Tuesday – Jason J. Nelson, Jr., 20, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #69, Pierceton, arrested for kidnapping and intimidation. Bond: $20,250.
• 11:20 p.m. Tuesday – Zachary A. L. Evans, 26, of 501 Kech St., North Manchester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $704.
• 11:52 p.m. Tuesday – Jamie L. Hecke, 39, of 322 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for fraud. Bond: $3,750.
• 12:01 a.m. Wednesday – Jeremy L. Dawson, 33, of 735 N. Colfax St., Apt. D, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:07 a.m. Wednesday – Amanda D. Waggoner, 28, of 503 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $798.
• 2:21 a.m. Wednesday – Talbot N. McKee, 22, of 201 S. First St., North Manchester, arrested for battery, intimidation and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:11 a.m. Wednesday – Parent Drive, 1,500 feet north of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Brenda J. Payton-Burnett, 63, Parent Drive, Warsaw; Pat Whitaker, 68, Arlington Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:36 a.m. Tuesday – An individual was arrested in the 600 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday – A traffic stop in the 2300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, led to the arrest of an individual for possession of a syringe. WPD.
• 7:31 p.m. Tuesday – A battery report was taken in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
