• 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Harrison Shepherd Jr., 53, Columbia City, arrested for residential entry, possession of methamphetamine and intimidation. Bond: $12,000.
• 9:37 p.m. Tuesday - Patience Lee Bradshaw, 37, of 601 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 10:46 a.m. Wednesday - Jennifer Lynn Mullin, 40, Hagerstown, arrested for contempt. No bond set.
• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday - Cody Roman Silva, 42, of 313 N. Henry St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

• 6:35 a.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 300 feet west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Shelia A. Schneider, 54, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 7:20 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 150 feet east of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car-minivan collision. Drivers: Sarah M. Estep, 20, Brubaker Street, Warsaw; Susanne M. Holzshuh, 59, Elkhart. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
