• 11:30 p.m. Monday - Trevor Austin Douglas Grady, 25, Hudson, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:15 p.m. Tuesday - Neeley Jo Schwinnen, 55, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #2, Pierceton, arrested for felony theft and felony probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

• 7:06 p.m. Friday - Ind. 19, 200 feet south of West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Car-horse-and-buggy collision. Driver: Jakaila Miracle, 24, Goshen. Injuries: Horse-and-buggy driver Melvin Miller, 43, West CR 1050N, Nappanee, was taken to the hospital for further evaluation; passengers in horse and buggy, Mabel Miller, 43, West CR 1050N, Nappanee, complained of face pain; Lori Miller, 41, West CR 1050N, Nappanee, complained of head pain; Karilyn Miller, 15, West CR 1050N, Nappanee, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; Alivia Schwartz, infant, West Anglin Road, Etna Green, was transported to the hospital for further evaluation. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:03 a.m. Monday - East CR 100S, 1,000 feet east of South CR 325E, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kevin D. Frantz, 64, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 8:18 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
