• 9:50 a.m. May 26 - North Ind. 13, 1,500 feet north of North CR 800E, North Webster. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryant A. Lapsley, 23, Fort Wayne; Amanda M. Demster, 41, South West Point Drive, Warsaw; Ora K. Elliott, 66, Henderson, Ky.; Glen S. Graber, 79, CR 48, Syracuse. Injuries: Lapsley had a fracture/dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot; Elliott complained of chest pain; passenger in Elliot’s vehicle, Haven L. Elliott, 48, Henderson, Ky., complained of neck pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 9:16 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Cornelius Road and Pleasant Grove Road, Syracuse. Motorcycle laid down on the road. Driver: Samantha Beam, 47, East Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell. Injury: Beam had a contusion to the face. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 12:02 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of East CR 700N and North CR 300E, Leesburg. Car hit tree. Driver: Loren D. Schmucker, 28, North Long Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Schmucker had a fracture/dislocation to the chest. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 1:57 p.m. Thursday - North CR 200E, Leesburg. Motorcycle laid down on the road and threw driver. Driver: Rodney Chiddester, 64, North Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Chiddester was unconscious. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:14 a.m. Friday - Fisher Avenue, 192 feet south of Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Car-motorcycle collision. Drivers: Haciel Juarez-Gutierrez, 19, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Randy L. Schmucker, 64, South Oak Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Schmucker was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 10:17 a.m. Saturday - East CR 500N, 100 feet east of North CR 675E, Leesburg. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Kevin L. Yutzy, 32, Chestnut Road, Bourbon; Jordan M. Fisher, 31, Chesterfield. Injuries: Passengers in Fisher’s vehicle, Tracy L. McBride, 54, Greenburg, had minor bleeding to the face; Ginay A. Bowman, 55, Greenfield, had severe bleeding to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
