• 4:01 p.m. Thursday - Luis Enrique Tlahuetl-Zaca, 30, of 1202 Wooster Road, #87, Winona Lake, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $12,500.
• 5:53 p.m. Thursday - Nolan Thomas Ransome, 21, of 107½ Carroll St., Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $12,500.
• 8:25 p.m. Thursday - Jose Rodrigo Mendoza, 34, of 313 S. McKinley St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:30 p.m. Thursday - Isaiah Jon Newell, 28, of 6003 W. CR 1500N, Silver Lake, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:38 p.m. Thursday - Shaina Danae Shafer, 25, of 1354 S. Wausau St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2 a.m. Friday - Miguel Tecuatl, 39, of 3104 Wooster Road, #50, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:58 a.m. Friday - Jason R. Finkhousen, 39, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:05 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center and South Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Janel Hammaker, 86, Whitetail Run, Warsaw; Jason O. Marshall, 48, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:27 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Emily E. Oler, 25, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Tiffany D. Bach, 37, West CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:48 a.m. Thursday - A suicide was reported in the 100 block of North Hickory Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:23 a.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 5400 block of East Ridgeview Drive, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:01 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of EMS C2 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 2:03 p.m. Thursday - Vehicle parts/accessories were reported stolen in the 4400 block of North CR 375E, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 3:44 p.m. Thursday - Intimidation was reported in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
