• 7:07 p.m. Tuesday - Zachary L. Moser, 28, Harlan, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 8:24 p.m. Tuesday - Kyle R. Spaulding, 31, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #8, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:05 p.m. Tuesday - Demetrius S. Miller, 31, of 701 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - John E. Degroff, 65, of 219 S. Union Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for leaving the scene of an acci- dent. Bond: $500.

• 12:40 a.m. Wednesday - Jacob A. Miller, 19, of 311 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrest- ed for operating a vehicle with- out ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 3:06 a.m. Wednesday - Trace M. Bradley, 20, Laketon, arrest- ed for failure to appear. Bond: $634.

• 3:08 a.m. Wednesday - Justin H. Pontious, 29, Rochester,

arrested for manufacturing and dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $25,250.

• 10:44 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15, 11,500 feet south of CR 1350N, Milford. Car hydroplaned in water on the road, causing the vehicle to leave the road, spin around, coming to a stop in a ditch. Driver: Cynthia A. Brooks, 74, East CR 1250N, Milford. Injury: Brooks was taken to Goshen Hospital with unspecified injuries. Damage: $1,000- $2,500. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:53 p.m. Tuesday - South CR 400E, 800 feet north of East CR 850S, Sidney. Semi tractor-trail- er hauling trash left the road and rolled over, coming to a rest and damaging an Kosciusko

REMC utility pole. The rollover resulted in some of the con- tents spilling into the roadway. Driver: Timothy J. Phillips, 57, Warren. Damage: $25,000- $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 3,200 feet west of Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Ignacio T. Olague, 50, Carpentersville, Ill. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:10 p.m. Tuesday - A caller reported a gun was on the roadside just north of the Jellystone Campground entrance in the 1900 block of North CR 850E, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 7:55 p.m. Tuesday - A report of domestic battery in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of one individual. WPD.

• 9:57 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of East CR 250N, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of an individual for oper- ating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. KCSO.
