• 2:46 p.m. Monday - Kayla Marie Anderson, 34, of 4100 W. Country Drive, Leesburg, arrested for neglect of a dependent causing bodily injury and felony failure to appear. Bond: $22,500.
• 12:33 a.m. Tuesday - Rusty R. Cassell, 54, Churubusco, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 3:40 a.m. Tuesday - Samantha Rae Jauer, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and strangulation. Bond: $600.

• 9:31 p.m. Thursday - CR 900S, 250 feet west of Ind. 15, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Tristan R. Mauk, 29, West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 7:11 p.m. Friday - 500 N. Harrison St., Syracuse. Car hit parked vehicle registered to the town of Syracuse Police Department, North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Driver: Tiffany A. Oglesbee, 57, North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 4:35 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Ind. 13 and South CR 725E, Pierceton. Tree fell on car while driving. Driver: Darin Shrock, 44, CR 37, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:19 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of West Ind. 25 and South CR 700W, Mentone. Car hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: David T. Gunter, 40, South Harding Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • KCSO.
