CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500. • 4:52 p.m. Tuesday – Daniel Joseph Lord, 37, Columbia City, arrested for battery. Bond: $600. • 6:23 p.m. Tuesday – Travis Lee Galloway, 51, of 8265 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested for check fraud. Bond: $500. • 7:25 p.m. Tuesday – Miguel Raymond Castro, 23, of 720 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for battery causing injury, failure to appear and robbery. Bond: $10,500. • 7:43 p.m. Tuesday – Santiago Pina Sanchez, 40, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Lot 127, Warsaw, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $500. • 8:38 p.m. Tuesday – Walter David Hawthorne II, 41, of 9738 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $11,000. • 12:16 a.m. today – Robert Dwayne Slone, 37, of 1296 N. Copeland St, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, possession of a syringe for drug use and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250. Personal Injury Accident • 6:35 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Detroit and East Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Santiago P. Sanchez, 40, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Theresa A. Henthorn, 59, North CR 800W, Silver Lake. Injuries: Henthorn’s passenger, Scott W. Henthorn, 61, complained of neck pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. Property Damage Accident • 3:45 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South CR 950W and West Ind. 25, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Chad J. Kuhn, 56, West Primrose Court, Warsaw; Jerry D. Clase, 74, West CR 225N, Etna Green. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
