• 9:42 a.m. Tuesday - Colt A. Johnson, 27, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #18, Pierceton, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:42 a.m. Tuesday - Travis L. Fullington, 31, Bristol, arrested for criminal conversation and embezzlement. Bond: $600.
• 1:10 p.m. Tuesday - Aaron A. Shepherd, 26, of 8275 E. Ryerson Road, Pierceton, arrested for battery on a public safety official. Bond: $10,500.
• 3:20 p.m. Tuesday - James C. Walsh, 42, Elkhart, arrested for unauthorized absence from home detention. No bond set.
• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday - Tara L. Purvis, 34, of 8810 W. Old 30, Etna Green, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 5:14 p.m. Tuesday - East Center Street, 20 feet west of Reed Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Penny E. Howard, 37, Rochester; Kelli N. Shuler, 25, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
