• 2:34 p.m. Monday - Jeffery Kent Warner, 45, of 710 N. School Ave., Silver Lake, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 10:13 p.m. Monday - Billy Taylor Schroll, 33, of 8268 E. Wade Lane, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:57 a.m. Tuesday - Lydia Ruth Leitch, 21, of 7727 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9 a.m. Tuesday - Brandon Robert Chambers, 31, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for violating a court imposed suspension. No bond set.
• 10:19 a.m. Tuesday - Brian Anthony Austin, 52, Garrett, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Claude D. Mullins, 63, of 8923 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of child pornography and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000.
• 1:36 p.m. Tuesday - Herbert J. Baldwin Jr., 73, of 964 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:54 p.m. Thursday - East CR 700N, Leesburg. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Ranee Tom, 49, East Hatchery, Syracuse; Scott Smith, 74, North Hill Drive, Milford. Injuries: Smith complained of chest pain; Tom was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:14 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a vehicle without financial responsibility in the 800 block of South Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 10:24 a.m. Monday - Pills were reported found in the 2200 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:21 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3800 block of Gregory Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:07 p.m. Monday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1000 block of Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:08 p.m. Monday - A clear bag containing a white crystal like substance was reported found in the 2000 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:13 p.m. Monday - A tricycle was reported stolen in the 500 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:13 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
