• 1:03 p.m. Friday - James Hillard Hurd III, 39, of 707 N. Pleasant St., Silver Lake, arrested for felony probation violation, residential entry, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $10,000.
• 3:49 p.m. Saturday - Gabriel Dave De La Cruz, 42, of 3295 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $10,000.

• 12:52 p.m. Friday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 100 block of North Harrison Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 1:38 p.m. Friday - Narcotic paraphernalia was reported found in the 1100 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:43 p.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 500 block of West Section Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 7:01 p.m. Saturday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:11 p.m. Saturday - Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Walkers Ridge, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:33 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1100 block of Executive Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:22 p.m. Saturday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
