• 4:15 p.m. Thursday - Eric Paul Slisz, 38, of 314 E. Fourth St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 7:39 p.m. Thursday - Juliann Wood, 50, of 23 EMS B33A1 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating or permitting operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Bond: $500.
• 8:45 p.m. Thursday - Natalie May Greene, 29, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #42, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:38 a.m. Friday - Derek Jacob Flenner, 33, of 1112 E. Main St., #A, Mentone, arrested for domestic battery causing bodily injury to a pregnant woman. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:50 a.m. Friday - Joseph Richard Rolston, 23, Goshen, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 1:57 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East CR 500N, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jim M. Holle, 73, West CR 325S, Larwill; James P. Tolson, 51, North Maple, North Manchester. Injuries: Holle was unconscious; Tolson complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:49 p.m. Wednesday - North Old Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of East Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Toney R. Owsley, 63, EMS R2B Lane, Pierceton; Ulises Adrian Argumedo De Los Santos, 29, North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Injuries: Owsley was transported to the hospital; Argumedo De Los Santos complained of head pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
