• 3:40 a.m. Sunday - Xia Xianna Marili Carmona, 19, of 1810 E. Walnut St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 11:10 a.m. Monday - Kitrina Kathleen Beard, 48, of 702 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $20,000.
• 12:34 p.m. Monday - James Nicholas Obacz, 20, of 544 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 4:07 p.m. Monday - Randall Joseph Murphy, 66, of 9811 N. Fourth of July Ave., Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.
• 8:46 p.m. Monday - Julian Moore, 20, of 306 S. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:01 a.m. Tuesday - Marcus Anthony Hinkle, 25, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:42 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of South CR 700W and West CR 700S, Claypool. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Gerald Fulkerson, 63, North Elm Street, Silver Lake; Jordan Shupp, 40, West CR 125N, Etna Green. Injuries: Shupp had an abrasion to the shoulder/upper arm; a passenger in Shupp’s vehicle, Jeralyn Shupp, 38, West CR 125N, Etna Green, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:16 p.m. Thursday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Gamaliel Montoya, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Driver: Annie L. Nightingale, 16, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 10:02 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center Street and U.S. 30, Warsaw. SUV hit object in road. Driver: Gavin S. McPeak, 18, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 12:24 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit car, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Brooke A. Bechtold, 32, East John Street, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 12:52 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Old U.S. 30 and Ind. 13, Pierceton. Two-pickup collision. Driver: Duane F. Bartels, 73, EMS T49 Lane, Syracuse; David Click, 53, South CR 915, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
