The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:51 p.m. Thursday - William Lewis Vining, 43, of 4079 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, felony failure to appear, lifetime habitual traffic violator and two charges of felony probation violation. Bond: $30,520.
• 4:06 p.m. Thursday - Bobbi Sue France, 39, of 1021 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:30 p.m. Thursday - Jose G. Ramirez-Rodriguez, 51, of 3762 W. Old U.S. 30, #12E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and operating or permitting operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Bond: $500.
• 7:51 p.m. Thursday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 54, Westville, arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $500.
• 10:51 p.m. Thursday - Angela Arbogast, 47, of 3761 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:18 a.m. Friday - Loren Daniel Schmucker, 26, of 1200 N. Long Drive, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 10:56 a.m. Friday - Tyler James Niles, 37, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond listed.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - West CR 300N, 164 feet west of Shelden Street, Warsaw. Car-pedestrian collision. Driver: Lyndon R. Yoder, 50, West CR 100N, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian Kaidan Knight, 8, Columbia City, had an abrasion to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: Under $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:25 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Lakewood Hill and Miner drives, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Carolyn S. Hoffman, 85, Baythorne Drive, Warsaw; Leslie R. Hepler, 69, Baythorne Drive, Warsaw Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:09 a.m. Thursday - North CR 400W, 800 feet south of West CR 800N, Leesburg. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jesse L. Miller, 31, West CR 700N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:53 a.m. Thursday - East Stanton Road, 500 feet east of EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Minivan hit deer. Driver: Wyatt Paro, 37, East Lakeview Trail, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 12:48 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator and on a warrant in the 100 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs and criminal trespass in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:32 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 3700 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 1:24 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 100 block of East CR 900N, Leesburg. KCSO.
