• 2:28 p.m. Thursday - Jamison Alvin Ashby, 32, of 5548 N. CR 1100W, Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:20 p.m. Thursday - Diego Marseille, 25, of 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 91, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
• 6:42 p.m. Thursday - Zebediah N. Hernandez, 21, of 221 N. Fort Wayne Ave., #B, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:59 p.m. Thursday - Cody James Schaetzle, 28, of 801 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. No bond set.
• 6:53 a.m. Friday - Justin Scott Netherland, 27, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 7:11 a.m. Thursday - West Hill Lake Road, 1,500 feet east of South CR 400W, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Jared A. Hurd, 29, West Hughes Drive, Silver Lake. Injury: Hurd complained of hand pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
