• 8:49 a.m. Tuesday - Jose Ortiz, 48, South Bend, arrested for two felony failure to appear charges. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:44 p.m. Tuesday - Philip M. Snodderly Jr., 42, of 316 Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 10:14 p.m. Tuesday - Victor M. Hernandez, 23, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #111, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:22 a.m. Wednesday - Vincent M. Carnegie, 30, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for felony battery committed with a deadly weapon. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 13, 300 feet south of East Old Road 30, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Pamela S. Gibson, 62, EMS B36 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:13 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for criminal trespass at the Victory Hotel, 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:14 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 4900 block of South Mallard Road, Mentone, for felony battery committed with a deadly weapon. KCSO.
