• 1:17 p.m. Friday - Brittani Ashley Smith, 33, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $700.
• 1:40 p.m. Friday - Susana Choc Quib De Tiul, 26, of 1680 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
